Key Personnel

David Wade, Managing Director, began his career in the Planning Department of the UK Land Registry in 1973. He has been in real estate ever since encompassing all aspects of the business as a surveyor, developer and agent in the UK, Europe, Dubai and S.E. Asia. He runs a consultancy practice which is responsible for advising developers regionally and internationally and handles multi-million dollar investment portfolios on behalf of clients from all over the world. He founded Tropical Homes Real Estate in Phuket in 2005. He is also a freelance writer and has a bi-monthly property column in a leading Phuket monthly.

Hiede Depayso, Rentals Manager, was born in the Philippines. After completing her education with a degree in Property Management in Singapore she moved to Phuket in 2007 to take up the position as PA to the Managing Director of one of Phuket’s oldest construction companies. Since April 2010 Hiede has headed our Rentals Department.

Alison Davie, Sales Manager, qualified in "Leisure and Tourism" from
Fakenham College in 1997 before embarking in a career in sales and
administration in the UK and Europe within the property and leisure
industry. In 2008 she moved to S.E Asia to join the Marriott Group where
she managed a large property portfolio before finally settling in Phuket
in 2009. Her emphasis is on client service and as such maintains a wide
customer referral base.

Songkhae (Kay) Singtongla, is our multi-lingual Customer Liaison Officer.
After spending her formative years in Thailand Kay travelled extensively
while living for several years in France, Spain and Greece. Kay has worked
with families and in marketing and as such promises a warm welcome to our
overseas clientele.
